Post #1

I have said many times that I am going to work out everyday, and lose weight, and get in shape, etc.Each time I say that I say " I'm serious...I'm really gonna do it"! But this time I am more serious (i say that every time to....) As you can see I never actually get around to it. But I have been doing a lot of reading and thinking and if I really put my mind to it I can work out every day, lose weight and all those other things. So Thats exactly what I am going to do...it won't be easy and there will be days when I skip but I am going to try my best.
Here is a long list of work out ideas I have.
(it is crazy out of order and random, but once I get into I should be able to straighten it all out)

GOALS
~ Lose 10-15 pounds before May 12th
~ Be able to do a flip flop by June 4th (that should actually be on my gym blog)
~ Become muscular...six pack abs, biceps, legs, etc. Just Muscles!
~ Become the best Gymnast in my class and move up (gym blog)
~ Start jogging and/or running
~ Exercis/workout everyday

I know I have more goals, I just can't think of them right now. As I get more and more ideas I will ad them on.


THINGS I PLAN ON DOING

these are not the my actual work out plans just little things that I can do if I can fit in the day

Walk my dog every day
Do 200 jumping jacks every day (spaced out of course)
Of course Workout Every day
Eat only Three small meals a day...no snacks no seconds
Cut out certain junk foods i eat, such as white pasta, butter. pretszels, etc.

So I am working on a weekly workout plan right now. When I have it done I will post it on the blog.
I made one before but I didn't like it. it didn't feel right. so heres to makeing a new one.

Can't wait to get started. Oh! Since you all have read this I am making you responsibile for making me workout every day, email me or comment to me, anything! I even have to do it on Vacations.
